 Bhairav Kunda - means in Sanskrit a holy lake named after a destructive name of lord Shiva the "Bhairav". The place "Bhairav Kunda" is located to the northeast of Kathmandu and next right to Panch Pokhari and closer to Nepal - Tibet border. This is one of the finest short camping treks with the essence of adventure into the off the beaten track in central Nepal. After exploring Kathamandu valley, we take drive to the north, 'the gateway to the Tibet' following the Bhote Koshi river valley to the trek starting point ' Jalbire'.
